We are looking for a Warehouse Store Person / Delivery Driver to join our team.

The role is made up of two components:

Store Person

Forklift operation including but not limited to: the picking of orders, unloading and loading of trucks, and the overseeing of incoming and outgoing stock.

Delivery Driver

Complete site deliveries in a ute or car licence truck with the majority being a forklift unload all over SE QLD & Northern NSW.

Skills & Experience:

  • Current Australian (Manual) Driver’s License is essential.
  • Current Forklift License and prior experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable and hardworking.


Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm

Working directly with the manager, the applicant will be responsible for the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer invoicing, inputting of supplier invoices and stock control. In addition, they will be assisting with sales enquiries to the business, liaising with suppliers and actioning of purchase orders.

As well do they have the opportunity to learn a broad base of skills including the day-to-day management of the business. These include but not limited to: cashflow management, sales, project management and inventory management. Vital skills that can be applied in a career with our firm and/ or taken with you upon graduation.

The role is flexible around the applicant’s university schedule with consistent work of 10-20 hours per week Monday-Friday available. We are seeking an applicant of integrity with the below skills & experience and the willingness to fulfill the below duties & responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities – Accounts

  • Accounts payable – overseeing bills and scheduling payments
  • Accounts receivable – overseeing payment of invoices and credit account customers
  • Daily banking reconciliation
  • Monthly reconciliation
  • Processing customer account applications

Duties & Responsibilities – Customer Service

  • Fielding inbound sales enquiries (all training and assistance provided)
  • Emailing quotes, processing invoices, serving customers and liaising with warehouse staff for order fulfillment
  • Booking interstate transport via an online booking system

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Prior experience in accounting whether at university or in a workplace
