Formply
The range of Structural and Non-Structural Formply includes the following types:
Structural Formply
This is an industry standard formwork panel for use in limited visual applications such as concreting.
When used in conjunction with good concreting practices, it achieves a Class 3 off-form finish in accordance with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 2269.

Non-Structural Formply
This “non-structural” plywood can be used in applications where a structural rating is not required. This includes cement applications that do not require structural strength, such as with tilt slabs, gutters and driveways.

Non-Structural Formply Grip Deck (Non-Slip)
Grip Deck is a high performance, non-structural grade plywood constructed from selected tropical hardwood veneers and manufactured using advanced veneering technology. A phenolic film is laminated onto both the external faces and the edges of the sheets coated with a water resistant sealant.
This produces a sturdy and durable plywood product that is highly resistant to load impact, abrasion and water ingress. Grip Deck may be of standard or multi-ply construction.
The inherent resistance characteristics of Grip Deck and the embossed “Anti-Slip” high density overlay film face on one side (the other face having a high density smooth overlay) which makes it an ideal product for use in scaffolding, marina decks, and other applications.
