Fixing
Spacings are based on the framing to be perpendicular to the face grain & the below are recommendations only:

Coating
We recommend a water-based coating and oil based can react with the glueline.
Intergrain recommends at least 3 coats on the face, as well one coat on the back & edges to ensure against moisture ingress.

As well, Cabot’s has a great estimator online as to how much stain is required based on the m2.
To prevent mould from growing on the coating, it is recommended for a mould preventer additive to be incorporated in semi-exposed applications and interior applications subject to high humidity.
